MOVE THE JUNK. RECLAIM YOUR SPACE.
Straight answers from Craig — how Premier works, what junk removal costs, what we take, and how to choose the right option.
Hey, I’m Craig.
I’m the owner of Premier Junk Movers, and I run the business alongside my sons, Ty, Javen, and Max. We’re a family-owned, first-responder-owned company serving homeowners, families, realtors, property managers, and businesses throughout Maricopa County.
We started Premier with a simple goal: build a company our family could be proud of and a company our community could count on.
Over the years, we’ve grown beyond traditional junk removal. Today, Premier provides Junk Removal, Moving Labor, Dumpster Rental, and Item Delivery, along with a number of specialty cleanout and removal services.
We also know that when you’re searching for a junk removal company, you probably have a lot of questions. How much does it cost? What will they take? Do they charge by the truck? Can they remove something from inside my house? What happens to my stuff?
So instead of making you dig through a bunch of vague answers online, we put together this page to give you the straight answer.
No gimmicks. No confusing industry language. Just how Premier works.
And if you still have questions, or you’d like us to take a look at what you have, give us a call or text at (480) 952-7204. We’re happy to talk it through.
You have plenty of choices when it comes to junk removal. We know that.
So why Premier?
We’re a family business.
When you hire Premier, you’re not hiring a faceless national company. You’re working with a local crew built by a father and his sons.
We’re professional.
We show up prepared, communicate, respect your property, and do the job we said we’d do.
We’re transparent.
We don’t believe in surprise pricing or making a job look harder than it actually is.
And we’re human.
Sometimes we’re hauling away an old couch. Sometimes we’re helping someone clean out the home where they’ve lived for 40 years.
We understand there’s a person and a story behind the stuff we’re hauling.
That’s what we’re most proud of.
We’re not just here to move the junk. We’re here to help people move forward.
At Premier Junk Movers, our minimum pickup is a ¼-load.
We recently established a minimum pickup because there are real costs involved with sending our crew out for a job, whether it’s one item or a full truckload. Our crew, truck, fuel, disposal, insurance, and time all come into play.
I really do my best to keep our pricing competitive and affordable, but we also have to make sure we’re covering the cost of providing the professional, convenient service we offer.
At the same time, we don’t believe you should have to pay for a full load when you only have a few items.
That’s why our ¼-load is our minimum.
If you only have one item, you’ll pay our single-item minimum of $153. If you have several smaller items that fit within that same ¼-load, your price can be up to $169.
From there, pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up and the work required to remove them.
And there can be a difference between simply picking something up and actually getting it out of your home. Stairs, long carries, tight spaces, disassembly, unusually heavy items, or other difficult access can require additional labor.
Our goal is to keep this simple:
You pay for the space your stuff takes up and the work we actually do.
We don’t want to make pricing complicated, and we don’t want to give you a low number just to get you on the phone and then change it when we arrive.
If you have a single item or a small pile of junk, send us a few photos. We’ll take a look at what you have, determine what size pickup you need, and give you a straightforward price before we start.
No guessing. No paying for space you’re not using. Just an honest price for the job in front of us.
Junk removal pricing depends on what we’re hauling and how much space it takes up.
That’s because every job is different. Two garages can look similar from the outside but have completely different amounts of stuff inside.
At Premier, we don’t believe in guessing. We look at what you actually have and price the job accordingly.
You only pay for the space your stuff takes up and the work we actually do.
If you’d like an estimate, send us a few photos or give us a call at (480) 952-7204. We’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your situation.
Because you’re not just paying someone to simply haul something away.
When you hire a professional junk removal company, you’re paying for the people, labor, equipment, transportation, disposal, insurance, and everything else that goes into getting the job done properly.
You may see advertisements online for extremely low junk removal prices, sometimes as low as $99. When you see an offer like that, the best question to ask isn’t simply, “Can I get my junk removed for $99?”
It’s:
“What exactly am I getting for $99?”
Does that price include the labor to carry everything out of the house? What about stairs, long carries, heavy items, or disassembly? Does it include loading, transportation, and disposal? Are there additional fees? Will the price change when the crew arrives? And is the company properly licensed and insured?
Those are important questions because not all junk removal services operate the same way.
At Premier Junk Movers, we believe you should know what you’re paying for before we start the job. Our pricing is based on the actual amount of stuff we’re removing and the work involved, not on a headline price designed simply to get your attention.
We take into account things like how much space your items take up, how difficult they are to remove, where they’re located, and how much labor is required to get everything safely loaded and hauled away.
Our goal is simple: give you an honest price for the actual job.
We’d rather tell you exactly what it will cost upfront than give you a number that sounds great online and explain the rest later.
So when you’re comparing junk removal companies, don’t just compare the number at the bottom of the quote. Compare what’s included, who you’re hiring, and what you’re actually getting for your money.
A cheaper price isn’t always a better value, and a higher price isn’t necessarily a better service either.
The right question is:
“What am I getting for the price I’m paying?”
If you’re not sure what your junk removal should cost, send us a few photos of what you need removed. We’ll take a look, explain what we see, and give you a straightforward estimate based on your actual job.
Honestly? Sometimes the cheapest option isn’t hiring us.
If you only have a few items and your city offers bulk pickup, that may be the least expensive option. If you have a truck, trailer, or other way to haul everything yourself and don’t mind doing the work, taking it to the transfer station may make sense. And if you’re working on a project over several days or weeks, renting a dumpster may be the most convenient option.
The important thing is understanding the tradeoff that comes with each option.
City bulk pickup can be a great resource if you have a few eligible items and don’t mind waiting for your scheduled pickup.
The tradeoff is that you’re responsible for getting everything outside, following the city’s rules, putting it out at the right time, and waiting for the pickup.
If your pickup gets delayed, your items may sit outside your home longer than you planned.
If you live in an HOA, you may also have to consider HOA rules about leaving items outside.
And once you have a pile of unwanted items sitting at the curb, there’s always the possibility of people picking through it or adding their own unwanted items to your pile.
If you have a truck or trailer, hauling your own junk can save you money.
But you’re also doing all of the work.
You have to carry everything out, load it, secure it, drive to the transfer station, unload it, and then drive back home.
There’s also the wear and tear that comes with hauling junk. Junk can contain nails, screws, broken glass, metal, and other sharp materials. A damaged or flat tire can quickly erase some of the savings you were hoping to get by doing it yourself.
And then there’s your time.
Sometimes the biggest cost of a DIY project isn’t the disposal fee. It’s giving up your Saturday, spending hours loading and unloading, and doing a job you really didn’t want to do in the first place.
A dumpster can be a great middle ground if you’re working on a project over several days or weeks.
You load it yourself, but you don’t have to make multiple trips to the transfer station. We handle the hauling and disposal once you’re finished.
The tradeoff is that you’re still doing the physical work. You’ll need to carry everything to the dumpster, load it, and organize the space as you go.
This is where Premier comes in.
You don’t carry it.
You don’t load it.
You don’t drive it to the dump.
You point. We load. The junk is gone.
Our crew handles the lifting, loading, hauling, and disposal for you.
So, What’s Actually the Cheapest?
It depends on what you have and what your time is worth.
If you only have a few eligible items and your city can pick them up soon, city bulk pickup may make the most sense.
If you have a truck, the junk is manageable, and you don’t mind doing the work, hauling it yourself may be the cheapest option.
If you’re working on a project over several days, a dumpster may be a better fit.
And if you have heavy items, stairs, a large amount of junk, or simply don’t want to spend your weekend doing it, full-service junk removal may be worth the cost.
The cheapest option isn’t always the option that costs you the least.
Your time has value. Your weekends have value. Your back has value.
We’re not interested in selling you something you don’t need. We’d rather help you choose the right solution.
Honestly, sometimes city bulk pickup is the right choice.
If you have a couple of items, your city accepts them, and you’re willing to wait for your scheduled pickup, it’s a great resource.
But there are plenty of situations where having Premier handle it makes more sense.
The biggest difference is who does the work.
With city bulk pickup, you’re responsible for getting everything outside, following the city’s rules, putting it out at the right time, and waiting for the pickup.
With Premier, you don’t have to move anything.
We can remove items from inside your home, garage, backyard, shed, or wherever they’re located. Our crew does the lifting, loading, hauling, and disposal.
There’s also the issue of timing.
City bulk pickup operates on the city’s schedule. If your pickup is delayed or doesn’t happen when expected, your junk may sit outside your home longer than you planned.
If you’re in an HOA, that can create another problem. Your HOA may still enforce its rules about items being left outside, even if you’re waiting for the city to pick them up.
And once you’ve got a pile of unwanted items sitting at the curb, there’s always the possibility of people picking through it or adding their own unwanted items to your pile.
With Premier, the junk doesn’t have to become part of your front-yard scenery.
We come to you, load it up, and take it away.
So which option is better?
It really depends on what you need.
Choose city bulk pickup if:
Choose Premier if:
And you can always combine the two.
Use your city’s bulk pickup for the items they accept and have Premier handle everything else.
Our goal isn’t to convince you that you need junk removal.
It’s to help you get the junk gone in the easiest, most practical way possible.
A lot.
We regularly remove furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, carpet, yard debris, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, fences, tires, bagged household junk, and general clutter.
We also handle cleanouts for garages, homes, offices, storage units, rental properties, and commercial spaces.
If you’re looking at something and thinking, “I wonder if they’ll take that,” just ask.
If we can safely and legally haul it, we’ll do our best to help.
And when an item still has useful life left, we look for opportunities to donate or recycle it rather than sending everything straight to the landfill.
There are some materials we don’t haul because they’re unsafe, prohibited, or require specialized disposal.
That includes dirt, rock, gravel, heavy compact fill, and hazardous materials.
If you’re unsure about something, especially chemicals, oils, paint, batteries, or anything potentially hazardous, ask us before scheduling.
We’d much rather tell you upfront that something requires a different disposal solution than show up and surprise you.
It depends on the couch and what it takes to get it out.
A large sectional sitting on the ground floor is very different from one coming down two flights of stairs.
We consider things like the size of the couch, its condition, where it’s located, how we’ll get it out, and whether it’s being removed by itself or along with other items.
If you’re already having us come out, adding a few additional items can sometimes make more sense than scheduling another pickup later.
That’s why we price the actual job rather than using a one-size-fits-all couch price.
Send us a few photos and let us know where the couch is located, and we can give you a straightforward estimate.
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, depending on our schedule.
Yes!
Appliance removal is a regular part of what we do.
We remove washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and many other large household appliances throughout the Valley.
Appliances are heavy, awkward, and not exactly fun to move.
You don’t have to figure out how to get that old refrigerator down the stairs, find a truck, or make a trip to the dump. We handle the heavy lifting and hauling for you.
When possible, we also look for opportunities to donate or recycle appliances rather than sending everything straight to the landfill.
If you’re not sure whether we can remove a particular appliance, just ask or send us a photo.
Yes.
These are some of the larger and more involved cleanouts we handle, and we understand that not every cleanout is just about getting rid of stuff.
We help with:
We work with homeowners, families, realtors, property managers, landlords, and others who need a property cleared, sometimes on a tight deadline.
We understand that some cleanouts are difficult.
An estate cleanout can mean going through a lifetime of someone’s belongings while grieving.
A hoarding cleanout can involve a situation that has been building for years and can feel overwhelming or embarrassing.
A foreclosure or eviction cleanout may come with a hard deadline and a lot of uncertainty.
These situations require more than a truck and crew.
They require patience, discretion, and respect for the people involved.
That’s a big part of how we approach these jobs at Premier.
We’re not there to judge the situation.
We’re there to help you get through it.
And when the cleanout is time-sensitive, we’ll work with you to understand the deadline and determine what it will take to get the property cleared.
Start by telling us about the property and the situation.
Photos are helpful, and for larger projects we can discuss a walkthrough.
We’ll look at the amount and type of material, access to the property, labor involved, and your timeline. From there, we can recommend the crew and equipment needed to get the job done.
Whether you need one room cleared, an entire house cleaned out, or help getting a property ready for its next chapter, we’ll help.
If the situation is difficult, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you call.
Just tell us what’s going on.
We’ll take it from there.

Premier offers dumpster rentals for homeowners, contractors, and businesses that need a convenient place for junk or debris.
Dumpsters can be great for:
The biggest advantage of a dumpster is that you can work at your own pace.
The rental stays with you during your rental period, so you can load it as you work instead of trying to get everything done in one day.
But is a dumpster the right option?
That depends on how much of the work you want to do.
A dumpster is great if you’re comfortable lifting, carrying, loading, and organizing the debris yourself.
If you’d rather point at the junk and have someone else do the work, full-service junk removal may be a better option.
You can also combine the two. For example, use a dumpster for the material you’re comfortable loading yourself and have Premier remove the heavier or more difficult items.
If you’re not sure which option makes sense for your project, tell us what you’re working on and what needs to be removed. We’ll help you figure it out.
Yes!
Premier offers moving labor for residential and commercial moves, whether you’re moving across town, loading a U-Haul, unloading a POD, or simply need some extra muscle.
We handle the lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading, but we don’t provide packing services.
We can bring our 14-foot box truck, or you can provide your own U-Haul or rental truck. Our crew can load or unload it for you.
No travel fees.
No fuel surcharges.
No weekend rate changes.
You pay the hourly rate for the crew and that’s it.
Moving can also come with another problem: discovering a bunch of stuff you don’t want to take with you.
Maybe you have items that need to be donated. Maybe you’re cleaning out a storage unit before the move. Maybe you’re moving into a smaller home and need to get rid of some things.
Because Premier started as a junk removal company, we can help coordinate those services as well.
That means you don’t necessarily have to find multiple companies to handle everything.
Whether you need help loading a rental truck, unloading a POD, moving into your new home, or simply need some extra hands, we’re happy to help.
Yes!
We provide in-home Item Delivery for large items purchased from retailers and other sources.
If you’ve purchased furniture, appliances, or another large item but need help getting it from the retailer to your home and into the room where it belongs, we can help with the transportation and heavy lifting.
If you’re not sure whether we can handle a particular delivery, just ask.
We serve customers throughout Maricopa County, including the West Valley, Central Phoenix, and East Valley.
We’re a local, family-owned company based in the West Valley, but we travel throughout the Valley to help homeowners, renters, realtors, property managers, businesses, and families.
Some of the communities we regularly serve include:
Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Surprise, Waddell, Phoenix, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and surrounding communities.
If you’re located in Maricopa County and you’re not sure whether we service your area, just ask.
We occasionally travel outside Maricopa County for larger projects as well.
Tell us where you are and what you need, and we’ll let you know what we can do.
It’s easy.
Call or text us at (480) 952-7204 if you’d like to talk through your project or send photos for an estimate. You can also contact us online.
When you contact us, the more information you can give us, the better, especially your city, what you’re removing, and anything that could affect access such as stairs, gates, narrow hallways, or HOA requirements.
We’ll take it from there.
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, depending on the schedule.
That’s what we’re here for.
You don’t have to know exactly what service you need, how much space your stuff takes up, or how we’re going to get everything out.
Tell us what you’ve got.
Tell us what’s going on.
Send us a few photos.
We’ll help you figure out the best way to get it done.
At Premier Junk Movers, we’re here to move the junk, reclaim your space, and make the process a whole lot easier.
